Paul Farah

CEO

Paul has more than 30 years experience in investment, M&A, project development (real estate & industrial) and  management consulting (corporate restructuring & turn-around) sectors. He has held key advisory positions with Montedison’s Techimont (EPC Oil& Gas Process Engineering Group), Kinetics Technology International (now MANESMAN Engineering), Gulf International Ltd. Private Office (senior member of Saudi Royal Family. and Grosvenor Associates ( U.K. Investment Advisory) and recently established International Integrated Industries Ltd. (focus on environmentally state-of-the-art technology in renewable energy, downstream petrochemical industries conversion towards  producing advanced materials with potential net zero solutions in Europe, Middle East, Asia Africa region.(EMEAA) based out of London, in the United Kingdom.

He has also held senior executive positions in MIDANCO Group in Canada and USA (Industrial and Real Estate Development) , and , INVESTIA Group (prominent Egyptian HNWI), MARAIS Group (automated infrastructure) and Terrell International  (Multidisciplinary  Engineering – France, U.K. Middle East) mostly operating in Europe, the Americas, Asia and the Middle East Markets.

In 2003 he co-founded, in Dubai – U.A.E, Global Operations & Investments LLC (GOI) for H.H. Sheikh Butti Bin Juma Al Maktoum to act as technical and financial investment advisory services to European, Asian and American companies wishing to establish platforms in Dubai for expansion in MEAA region. GOI partnered with multiple engineering, contracting, financial services and industrial development hi tech companies I multiple sectors being developed in the UAE to cover all the GCC countries.

In 2006, he managed the acquisition of GOI by Groupe Financière Centuria, then Investment Banking subsidiary of DEXIA BANK, which developed and closed the largest real estate development (“The SHARD of Glass”) for a foreign investment bank in the London real estate market in 2007 valued at $3.8 billion USD.  In 2008 Paul founded and took over GOI activities and continued its development under Global Operations Advisory Services (GOA), and created and founded Four Winds Capital Management MEA, a subsidiary of a major U.S.A/U.K Global Asset Management Company ($2 Billion USD under management), and launched the Environmental Infrastructure Projects fund which had its first closing in 2011, and secured water, renewable energy and waste recycling project pipeline worth in excess of $1.5billion USD.

In 2012 – 2018 GOA signed a corporate development advisory contract with DOOSAN BABCOCK Ltd (subsidiary of $32 Billion USD turnover Group DOOSAN HEAVY INDUSTRY) in the MENA region, and created a Joint Venture subsidiary with ITTIHAD INTERNATIONAL the partner of GOA in the UAE, and GOA continued to opened divisions of the company throughout the GCC including a second JV with QIPCO Group in QATAR, AL GHANIM INTERNATIOAL in Kuwait (other divisions in SAUDI ARABIA, OMAN) mobilising up to 2000 manpower and expanding their operations in the Energy and Oil & Gas Sectors.

In 2018  GOA invested and developed together with TECHNOBELL TECHNOLOGIES and PACE CREATION strategic downstream petrochemical industrial state-of-the-art intermediate technologies used to convert butane gas into Maleic Anhydride and other high value chemical products used in advanced construction materials, pharmaceuticals and other new environmentally friendly materials.

In 2022 Paul founded International integrated industries Ltd. In London to continue the development of the above industries and  renewable energy and green hydrogen coupled with carbon capture technologies and, added specialist engineering technology partners from U.K. and Spain  (CCU International, Grupo SISENER & INCOMA to also focus on both European and EMEAA markets.

Francis has worked for a top 5 UK Chartered Accountancy firm in the UK specialising in Corporate Recovery and business restructuring. Since then he has been a Financial Director and Commercial Director for several companies both in the UK and Dubai. Francis holds a First Class Honours Degree in Business Information Systems and specialises in business intelligence programme implementation and reporting as well as business improvement programmes that span all aspects of a business from sales to production to back office.

As a seasoned business development professional, Francis has proven over the years that he is able to develop many types of businesses in many diverse industries. He has a deep technical knowledge that merges extremely well with his commercial acumen and has a mature network that ensures the holistic development of a business can be enhanced.

Peter Terrell

Peter Terrell was educated at Trinity College Glenalmond and received an honours degree in Civil Engineering from King’s College London University in 1972.  After a year in France learning colloquial French on building sites (and elsewhere) he joined Ove Arup and Partners in London before moving to Paris in 1977.  After three years in Nigeria, he returned to Paris in 1982 to set up his own practice, following the decision by Arup to leave France.  Since being awarded the design of seismic strengthening to the entire research establishment of IBM near Nice, Terrell Group has gone on to become the leading structural engineering consultancy in France, with many prestigious and award-winning international projects to their name, including Doha Tower (Best Tall Building Worldwide 2012 – CTBUH), DR Byen Concert Hall in Copenhagen and the Pompidou Centre in Metz, to name but a few. Under Peter’s guidance, the firm has diversified over the last fifteen years into all aspects of Building Engineering, and is rapidly becoming a leading international consultancy, particularly in the Middle East and Europe.  He is now based in the France, and as President of the Supervisory Board has maintains his responsibilities for international business development.

Peter also advises on application of renewable energy and investigates opportunities with Paul for joint development within building projects being undertaken by III and Terrell International (see www.terrellgroup.net )and try to integrate environmental solutions for clients in the MEAA region.

Marcelo has more than 20 years of experience in environmental engineering projects, working in different sectors such as large mining, cement companies, refineries and large chimneys. His work is in engineering and business models, strategies and complex negotiations.

Expert in decarbonization of large chimneys. Engineering and business advisor for Carbon Bio Capture (United States), emissions capture system using microalgae. CO2 capture using industrial filters with CCU Industries technology. Uses of byproducts from the capture of emissions, biomass and CO2.

Experience in studies of methodologies for the issuance of carbon credits for the voluntary market, optionally studies to include filters as part of the production system.

Carbon footprint calculation experience, scope 1 and 2. Evaluation of scope 3.

Consultant for tire and plastic pyrolysis processes, with the aim of producing oil for plastic product materials, ecodiesel, carbon (rCB) for uses in new rubber products. Great productions.

RCB process improvements for the rubber market. Product analysis, improvement methodologies and implementation. Assistance in product placement.

It also participates in the elimination of organic waste through green fly larvae, generating fertilizers, oils and proteins. It works on the generation of high-value proteins to make up for the protein shortages projected by the United Nations. It is also used for pollination.

Projects to eliminate waste from urban wastewater treatment plants, using these to, through larvae, generate an oil that meets the supply needs for the manufacturing of SAF.

Clive is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and an expert in the development of major infrastructure Oil & gas and power utilities projects internationally in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

He has 35 years of solid experience in consulting, contracting and utilities operations. He is an Engineering and Business graduate from the UK and has studied at the University of Oslo and completed senior management courses at Ashridge Management College.

His experience in project and personnel management and project and Oil & Gas, infrastructure business development has been within major French and British International Contracting Companies including The Ralph M Parsons Co, Davy McKee, Spie, Bouygues and Veolia where he developed and closed projects in the traditional oil & gas industry, and renewable power generation, district energy and cooling, water and telecommunications sectors.

Experience includes developing large power, water, district energy and telecommunications projects on BOT, BOO or BOOT models incorporating the financial, legal, EPC and O&M elements into the project scope as well as epc and fepc models. He has also worked with private financial organisations and also International and Multilateral funding institutions such as the World Bank, ADB, AfDB and European Bank for Reconstruction & development (EBRD).

Clive has managed and been responsible for multi-national and multi-cultural technical, project and development teams both in Europe and the Middle East. He is fluent in both English and French languages.
